Fulfill your dream of becoming a mediator with our 40-hour professional Essential Mediation Skills© course!
This course is accredited by the Mediation Board of Trinidad and Tobago as part of the basic requirement for certification as a civil (non-family) mediator.
This exciting and highly interactive course covers all that you need to know to become a mediator – how the process operates, the skills involved, the models used and approaches to the profession - which are ethical and conform to international standards of the mediation profession.
This course is also suitable for anyone who is keen to develop skills to manage and resolve conflict in workplaces, government agencies, communities, NGOs, families and institutional settings.
Training is led by professionals who are practicing mediators and are passionate about helping persons build their skills to resolve conflict.

SESSION TIMES
This course will be delivered in-person with interactive classroom sessions and breakout groups with practical training.
The course will run for two (2) consecutive weeks in June-July 2024 with three (3) sessions in the first week and two (2) sessions in the second week.
